Job summary

Gentle Dental is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to manage patients from diagnosis through treatment acceptance. You will clearly communicate financial options and guide patients toward affordable, effective care while coordinating scheduling and follow-up.

This role supports multiple Nevada/Las Vegas area offices and requires strong patient interaction skills. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of front office medical experience, proficiency with dental software, and the ability to discuss

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and discussing costs.
