Zions Bank is seeking a Client Service Associate (Teller) to support branch operations in the Western Salt Lake/Tooele County area. You will handle deposits, withdrawals and account维护 while delivering exceptional customer service and identifying cross-sell opportunities.

The role involves responsibilities across debit/credit processing, customer assistance, and collaboration with branches to meet local banking goals. Training and benefits start day one, with travel as needed within the region.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic math, cashiering and balancing knowledge.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills; cross-selling encouraged.
• Experience selling banking products is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Process debit and credit transactions in line with policies and procedures while maintaining balance.
• Identify client needs and offer services (new accounts, checks, transfers, etc.).
• Resolve client issues directly or via referral to appropriate resources.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products based on client needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
