Job summary

Zions Bank in Utah is seeking a Client Service Associate (Teller) to support branch operations across a wide geographic area. The role involves processing debit and credit transactions, handling account services, and delivering friendly, accurate service.

This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, solid math and customer service skills, and the ability to cross-sell bank products. Most roles are on-site with travel between nearby branches and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of bank products.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.
• Experience selling products and services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in line with policies and balancing requirements.
• Address client needs by providing a variety of banking services (accounts, transfers, etc).
• Resolve client issues directly or by referral to branch resources.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities.
• Be available to work at least 20 hours per week.
