In this home‑based dispatch role, you will travel to customer locations, work with a laptop and various software applications, and handle installations with independence and technical proficiency.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in telecommunication networks or similar electrical fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong technical aptitude.
• Experience with Cisco systems or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain voice, data, security, and VoIP systems.
• Complete work orders while delivering strong customer service.
• Travel to customer locations within defined geographic area for installations.
