Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking an Equipment Foreman for our Telecom Construction team in Minnesota. You will lead crews to meet project timelines, safely operate heavy equipment, and support the supervisor with daily activities and updates.

You’ll also oversee training and ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations in all weather conditions. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of related experience, and a valid driver’s license;

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• A valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, or combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed
• Oversee and help with training of crew members
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• All other duties as assigned
