Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking an Equipment Foreman to lead crews on our Telecom Construction projects in Rogers, MN. You will safely operate and manage assigned equipment, coordinate with the supervisor, and ensure work is completed on schedule.

Ideal candidates have at least three years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma or GED. OSHA/DOT compliance, training duties, and a strong safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of related experience; foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure everyone follows company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes and DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, perform maintenance.
