Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking an Equipment Foreman for our Telecom Construction team in Minnesota. You will lead crews, operate and maintain equipment, and ensure projects stay on schedule in a safe, productive environment.

Responsibilities include training crew members, updating supervisors, and enforcing OSHA/DOT safety policies. Must have a valid driver’s license, be 18+, and bring at least three years of related experience or foreman exposure.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• A valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, or related work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Ensure everyone follows company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes and DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, perform maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.
