Job summary
Asurion currently seeks a Roving Retail Technician to travel between uBreakiFix locations in Charlotte, NC. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing devices, supporting daily operations, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
It is a full-time position with travel up to 100% of the time and opportunities to earn sales incentives. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, and 1+ years of customer service or retail
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service/retail sales experience.
- 6+ months of experience with product service support and technology repair.
- Willingness to undergo a background and drug screening.
- Ability to drive own vehicle up to 30 miles between stores.
Responsibilities
- Travel daily between UBIF locations, up to a 30-mile radius, using your own vehicle.
- Support the full repair workflow at each store, including diagnostics, repairs, and meeting SLAs.
- Perform back-of-house tasks: inventory counts, parts ordering, buybacks, RMAs, and quality checks.
- Deliver front-of-house customer service, greet customers, diagnose issues, process transactions, and keep merchandised.
