Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Mobile Repair Technician to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics on-site at customer locations. You will travel in a company-provided repair van, delivering convenient, high-quality service with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing your daily route, keeping inventory in the van, and educating customers about protection plans and accessories.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics repair or troubleshooting.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage a daily schedule.
• Strong communication and a customer‑first mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
