Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion in Arlington, TX seeks a Retail Technician to repair devices, assist customers, and grow technical skills. You’ll troubleshoot phones and tablets, discuss tech clearly, manage in-store inventory, and help with same-day device shipments.

The role offers a friendly, team-based environment with training, benefits, and weekend hours. Prior retail or repair experience is preferred; knowledge of smartphones and OS is a plus, with soldering skills considered a bonus.

Qualifications

• 6–12+ months of retail, repair, or customer service experience preferred.
• Some knowledge of smartphones/OS/hardware.
• Bonus points for soldering or tech repair skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot + repair phones, tablets, and more
• Talk tech in simple, helpful ways with customers
• Manage store inventory
• Package and ship devices for same-day service
• Promote Connected Home tech protection plans
• Work flexible retail hours (incl. weekends)
