Qualifications

• Two+ years of food handling experience.
• Sushi rolling experience or a culinary degree is required.
• Excellent knife skills for sashimi and prep.
• Ability to communicate in English with customers and teammates.
• Maintain food safety and sanitary standards.

Responsabilités

• Expert in cutting, slicing and filleting fish and produce.
• Prepare sushi rice to spec for each shift.
• Create rolls according to kiosk guidelines.
• Prepare various fresh foods when needed.
• Inspect quality of fruits, vegetables, and fish.
• Maintain clean, organized work area to prevent contamination.
• Sterilize utensils and equipment before use.
• Assist customers and communicate politely to ensure satisfaction.
