The ideal candidate brings significant superintendent experience in commercial construction, strong safety leadership, and the ability to manage multiple subcontractors while traveling extensively to project sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and project priorities.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, safety, and quality control.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, OSHA-compliant jobsite.
• Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities and logistics.
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs and maintain daily reports.
• Lead field coordination meetings and maintain client relationships.
