Job summary

White Construction is seeking a Superintendent with corrections project experience to lead complex construction efforts. You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field and 6+ years in similar project types.

The role involves proactive cost control, schedule oversight, QA/QC adherence, and strong client interaction. Under a VP or Senior Superintendent, you will manage subcontractors, uphold safety standards, and foster

• 6+ years' experience in similar construction project types.

Responsibilities

• Knows the plans and can predict problems before starting work.
• Understand and analyze cost of materials to control costs.
• Prepare, adjust, and adhere to a 3-week look ahead and overall project schedules.
• Commitment to quality construction and QA/QC procedures.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce safe work practices.
• Understand subcontracts and subcontractor responsibilities.
• Represent White Construction by maintaining client relationships and networking.
• Convey messages clearly and professionally, in writing and verbally.
