Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience required.
• Residential building experience (single-family or multifamily).
• Previous superintendent, construction manager, or similar leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all in-house construction employees and subcontractors from framing through finish.
• Manage day-to-day construction operations within the factory.
• Keep production moving efficiently while maintaining quality and schedule expectations.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, subcontractors, and workflow.
• Identify and resolve technical and construction issues quickly.
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure projects meet company standards.
• Maintain safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.
