Job summary

PerSéGroup is seeking a hands-on Superintendent to oversee high-end retail, hospitality, restaurant, and multifamily projects from start to finish. The role requires taking full ownership of site execution, coordinating trades, and maintaining project momentum while traveling as needed.

You will lead safety, quality, and schedule on demanding sites, interfacing with clients and design professionals to resolve issues and keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of Superintendent experience.
• Strong understanding of the trades.
• Experience in high-end retail, hospitality, or multifamily projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run the jobsite from mobilization through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule.
• Direct subcontractors, vendors, and consultants and ensure the right manpower is in place.
• Build and manage schedules, including three-week lookaheads, inspections, and weekly coordination.
• Identify conflicts between drawings and field conditions before they become costly problems.
• Work directly with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors to resolve issues and maintain clear communication.
• Hold subcontractors accountable for scope, quality, schedule, and deficiencies.
• Maintain a clean, organized site and the documentation needed to keep the project team aligned.

Thecompensationrangeis$110,000–$135,000,andthisisatravelingposition,soyou’llneedtobecomfortablespendingextendedstretchesontheroaddependingonwheretheprojecttakesyou.
