Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Construction Superintendent based in Florida to oversee ground-up projects, including hospitality and multifamily builds. You will coordinate on-site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety and schedule adherence across East Coast sites.

Ideal candidates have GC Superintendent experience, a background in hospitality or multi-family construction, and strong Procore skills. Willingness to travel along the East Coast is required.

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year

Based in Florida, we are a well-established and growing GC that specializes in hotel construction. Our work is primarily ground-up and includes WoodSpring Suites, Home2 Suites, Extended Stay America and more. Due to growth, we are hiring a Superintendent. We work throughout the East Coast so travel is required.
