Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Superintendent for ground-up hospitality and multifamily projects along the East Coast, with travel required. The role is based in Raleigh, NC, but site travel is extensive across the region.

You will manage projects for a growing GC known for WoodSpring Suites and similar builds, ensuring on-time delivery and safety standards with strong coordination across teams. Competitive compensation reflects experience and travel involved.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent at a GC.
• Experience with hospitality, multifamily, or assisted living construction.
• Experience with ground-up projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ground-up construction projects for hospitality/multifamily/assisted living sectors.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain schedule and budget.
• Travel along the East Coast to project sites.

Our work is primarily ground-up and includes WoodSpring Suites, Home2 Suites, Extended Stay America and more. Due to growth, we are hiring a Superintendent. We work throughout the East Coast so travel is required.
