Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Superintendent for ground-up hospitality and multifamily projects. The role requires GC-level oversight and travel across the East Coast.

Base salary ranges between $100,000 and $125,000 with bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. The candidate should have experience with hospitality, multifamily or assisted living construction, ProCore, and the ability to travel extensively along the East Coast.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent at a GC.
• Experience with hospitality, multifamily, or assisted living construction.
• Experience with ground-up construction.
• ProCore experience.
• Ability to travel throughout East Coast.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ground-up hospitality and multifamily construction projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on East Coast projects and travel as required.

Our work is primarily ground-up and includes WoodSpring Suites, Home2 Suites, Extended Stay America and more. Due to growth, we are hiring a Superintendent. We work throughout the East Coast so travel is required.
