Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Construction Superintendent for our Florida-based GC specializing in hotel ground-up projects across the East Coast. The role leads field teams, coordinates trades, and manages safety and scheduling for hospitality builds.

Travel along the East Coast is required to oversee site operations from start to finish. We offer a competitive base salary of $100,000–$125,000 plus bonuses, comprehensive benefits, ESOP, truck and phone allowances, and per diem.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent at a GC.
• Experience with hospitality, multifamily, or assisted living construction.
• Experience with ground‑up construction.

About the Company

Based in Florida, we are a well-established and growing GC that specializes in hotel construction. Our work is primarily ground‑up and includes WoodSpring Suites, Home2 Suites, Extended Stay America and more. Due to growth, we are hiring a Superintendent. We work throughout the East Coast so travel is required.
