Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Superintendent for our East Coast construction projects. Based on the East Coast, we handle ground-up hospitality, multifamily and assisted living builds, requiring travel across the region.

You will lead field teams, ensure safety, schedule, and quality while coordinating with the GC and clients. The ideal candidate has GC superintendent experience, ProCore proficiency, and a proven track record delivering complex builds on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent at a GC.
• Experience with hospitality, multifamily, or assisted living construction.
• Experience with ground-up construction.
• ProCore experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospitality, multifamily, and assisted living ground-up projects.
• Coordinate project scheduling, safety, and budget in coordination with GC.
• Travel throughout the East Coast as required.
• Manage field operations and coordination with subs and clients.

Our work is primarily ground-up and includes WoodSpring Suites, Home2 Suites, Extended Stay America and more. Due to growth, we are hiring a Superintendent. We work throughout the East Coast so travel is required.
