Qualifications

• 3+ years of Superintendent experience on ground-up construction projects.
• Experience leading distribution center or large warehouse projects.
• Understanding of tilt-wall, structural steel, concrete, and warehouse construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent with a strong background in distribution centers, logistics facilities, fulfillment centers, and large-scale warehouse construction. This role will oversee field operations from groundbreaking through project completion on high-profile projects for clients such as Amazon, FedEx, UPS, DHL, Walmart Distribution, and other e-commerce and logistics providers.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing fast-paced industrial projects, coordinating multiple trades, and delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders
• Develop and maintain project schedules and recovery plans as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety standards
• Conduct daily site meetings and coordinate trade activities
• Monitor project quality and ensure work meets plans, specifications, and client requirements
• Manage inspections, punch lists, turnover, and project closeout
• Identify and resolve field issues to maintain project progress
• Maintain detailed daily reports and project documentation
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and ownership teams

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Superintendent experience on ground-up construction projects
• Experience leading distribution center, fulfillment center, logistics hub, or large warehouse projects
• Experience on projects for Amazon, FedEx, UPS, DHL, Walmart Distribution, Target Distribution, or similar clients preferred
• Strong understanding of tilt-wall, structural steel, concrete, and warehouse construction methods
• Ability to manage projects ranging from $20M to $200M+
• Proficient with project scheduling and construction management software
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
