MPI is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead industrial and distribution construction projects nationwide. You will coordinate on-site activities, supervise subcontractors, and ensure projects finish on time and within budget.

The role requires travel to multiple state sites, strong leadership, safety knowledge, and a proactive, autonomous work style. Housing is provided, with travel home rotation, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Job Description

• Oversee all aspects of industrial and distribution construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Experience as a Superintendent on large commercial or industrial construction projects
• Background in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, distribution center, or tilt-wall construction preferred
• Proven ability to lead field teams, subcontractors, and complex site operations
• Comfortable travelling and working on project assignments across multiple states
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in an autonomous environment
