Qualifications

• 3+ years of Superintendent experience on ground-up construction projects.
• Experience leading distribution center or large warehouse projects.
• Understanding of tilt-wall, structural steel, concrete, and warehouse construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and recovery plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Conduct daily site meetings and coordinate trade activities.
• Monitor project quality to meet plans and client requirements.
