Job summary

ARCO/Murray Power Solutions is seeking an experienced lead superintendent to oversee ground-up commercial projects nationwide, with substantial travel. You will manage field operations from day one, drive schedules, safety, and budget adherence, and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.

The ideal candidate has 5–25 years of construction leadership, proficiency in scheduling tools, and a valid driver’s license, with willingness to travel across the Southeast region as projects require.

Qualifications

• 5-25 years of construction experience, with the last 5 years as lead superintendent.
• Willing to travel; Southeast region travel as needed.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and project scheduling programs.
• Experience using an iPad or similar tablet.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award kickoff meeting to receive project information and preplanning details.
• Develop a schedule of construction activities and resources with the project manager.
• Direct the total construction project to meet specs and schedule to achieve profit.
• Coordinate subcontractors to integrate with schedules and progress.
• Review requisitions, field POs, invoices, and other reports.
• Maintain a daily diary recording project facts and progress.
