Top ranked national general contractor seeking a Superintendent to oversee ground-up commercial and light industrial projects nationwide. The role involves managing onsite construction for various project types including tilt wall, warehouses, hotels, data centers, manufacturing, and more.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects in the field
• Develop and manage project schedules
• Manage subcontractor relationships and performance
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Prepare and coordinate project documentation
• Implement quality control and assurance programs
• Promote safety initiatives to maintain an injury-free site

Candidate Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Lead Superintendent
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, capable of managing complex projects
• Willingness to travel across the U.S.
