Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial and retail projects nationwide. You will supervise on-site teams, coordinate schedules, and ensure safety and quality across multiple sites.

The position offers a strong compensation package with a base salary of $100,000–$125,000 plus bonuses, a vehicle allowance, per diem, and comprehensive benefits including a 401(k). Columbus, OH area preferred, travelRequired.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent at a GC.
• Experience with commercial or retail projects.
• Nice to have: ground-up experience.
• Nice to have: ProCore experience.
