ARCO is seeking an experienced Superintendent with 5-25+ years of construction leadership to manage ground-up industrial projects nationwide. The role emphasizes field leadership, safety, and timely delivery within budget and specifications.

You will oversee project teams, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain schedules while reporting progress to management. This position requires travel and a strong safety mindset, with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5-25+ years of construction experience, with lead superintendent on data center or mission-critical projects preferred.
• Willing to travel as required by project locations.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and project scheduling programs.

Responsibilities

• Attend preconstruction meetings and receive project information for planning.
• Develop schedules and organize staff, equipment, and subcontractor needs.
• Direct total construction to meet specs and schedule within budget.
• Coordinate material shipments and approvals of drawings and samples.
• Lead subcontractor coordination to integrate with project schedules.
