Job summary

CCS Construction Staffing seeks an experienced Traveling Electrical Superintendent to support large-scale data center construction projects in the Virginia area. You will lead field operations, ensure safety, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery for mission-critical facilities.

Qualifications

• Current State Electrical Journeyman License or a four-year engineering degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience supervising electrical construction projects.
• Experience on data centers, industrial, or mission-critical environments.
• Experience overseeing electrical scopes from $20M-$100M is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field personnel to ensure electrical installations are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Promote and maintain a safety-first culture across all jobsite activities.
• Interpret project drawings, specifications, and installation requirements to ensure successful project execution.
• Collaborate with the Project Management team on scheduling, manpower planning, material procurement, and equipment coordination.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with project specifications, company standards, and applicable codes.
• Mentor, train, and develop field supervisors and electricians.
• Perform takeoffs and assist with pricing for change orders and additional project work.
• Track labor productivity, evaluate project schedules, and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with other trades to maintain project milestones and successful project delivery.

We're partnering with a leading electrical contractor to identify an experienced Traveling Electrical Superintendent to support large-scale data center construction projects in the Virginia area. What you need for this position:

• Current State Electrical Journeyman License, a four-year engineering degree, or an equivalent combination of technical training and electrical field experience.
• 5+ years of experience supervising electrical construction projects.
• Proven experience managing electrical installations in data centers, industrial, pharmaceutical, or other mission-critical environments.
• Experience overseeing electrical scopes ranging from $20M-$100M is highly desirable.
