Combined Selection Group Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Electrical Construction in Virginia. You will lead multimillion-dollar electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will manage field teams, subcontractors, procurement, schedules, and budgets, while maintaining strong client relationships and mentoring the next generation of project managers on mission-critical data center builds.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects for an electrical contractor.
• Strong understanding of commercial electrical construction and power distribution.
• Proven experience leading large commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects.

Responsibilities

We're partnering with a leading electrical contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale mission-critical and data center projects in Virginia. This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex, high-profile builds with a company that is experiencing significant growth and investing heavily in its people.

The Opportunity Lead multimillion-dollar electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage field teams, subcontractors, procurement, schedules, budgets, and client relationships. Drive installation of critical power infrastructure including switchgear, generators, transformers, UPS systems, feeders, and power distribution. Work alongside experienced field leadership to deliver technically challenging projects safely, on time, and within budget. Play a key role in project strategy, problem-solving, and mentoring the next generation of project managers.

What We're Looking For

Experience managing projects for an electrical contractor. Strong understanding of commercial electrical construction and power distribution. Proven experience leading large commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects. Data center or mission-critical experience is highly desirable.
