Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment is seeking a Travelling Senior Superintendent to oversee large-scale electrical construction for data center and mission critical projects across the US. The role covers sites in Texas and the East Coast, demanding senior field leadership and coordination with PMs, GFs and subcontractors.

Qualified candidates have 7+ years in electrical construction, experience leading large projects, and a willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all field operations across large-scale electrical construction projects.
• Take ownership of day-to-day site delivery and construction activities.
• Manage General Foremen, Foremen and large electrical field teams.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment and site logistics.
• Develop and maintain project sequencing and field execution plans.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers to maintain schedule and project performance.
• Review drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Coordinate electrical installation activities with other trades and project stakeholders.
• Monitor productivity, manpower and overall field performance.
• Drive quality and ensure installations meet project specifications.
• Lead jobsite safety initiatives and maintain a strong safety culture.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, punch lists and closeout activities.
• Identify and resolve field conflicts and construction issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with the GC, client, subcontractors and project teams.
• Ensure project milestones and critical schedule dates are achieved.
• Support commissioning and turnover activities across mission critical projects.
• Help develop and mentor field leadership within the project team.

Just Construction are currently representing a rapidly growing national electrical contractor that has built a significant presence within the US mission critical market, looking to make an appointment for a Travelling Senior Superintendent to oversee large-scale Data Center and Mission Critical projects across the US.

This is a business with a substantial national footprint, major financial backing, a rapidly expanding data center division and a proven track record delivering some of the largest and most complex electrical projects across the country.

They are now looking to add an experienced Travelling Senior Superintendent to their team, with projects across Texas and the East Coast.

Qualifications

Salary negotiable up to $200,000
