Scott Humphrey Corporation is seeking experienced Traveling Superintendents for projects across the United States. This field-focused role requires frequent travel and leadership of site teams.

You will manage day-to-day field operations, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality on industrial, manufacturing, data center, and commercial projects. A company vehicle and per diem support travel.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor.
• Experience leading subcontractors and day-to-day field operations.
• Background in industrial, manufacturing, mission critical, data center, distribution, life science, commercial, or similar complex construction.

Responsabilidades

• Travel nationwide to project sites.
• Lead subcontractors and manage day-to-day field operations.
• Coordinate safety, quality, and schedule across projects.

Location: USA | On-site/ Nationwide Travel | Candidates Can Be Based Anywhere in the U.S.

We’re working with a leading national General Contractor looking to add experienced Traveling Superintendents to their team for projects across the U.S.

This is a field-focused opportunity for Superintendents who are comfortable traveling and want a strong pipeline of projects with a well-established contractor.

• Per diem while traveling - approximately $5,000+/month

• Trips home every other weekend - biweekly (10/4 travel rotation)

• Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
• Experience leading subcontractors and day-to-day field operations
• Background in industrial, manufacturing, mission critical, data center, distribution, life science, commercial, or other complex construction
• Willingness to travel nationwide
• Strong field leadership and communication skills
