Job summary

gpac is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead nationwide construction projects as the boots-on-the-ground leader. You will manage field operations, subcontractors, crews, and schedules while ensuring safety and quality standards.

This role offers $150,000+ base salary, a performance-based bonus, comprehensive benefits, paid travel, and opportunities for career advancement. DOE and project pipeline provide variety across commercial and industrial builds.

We're looking for a Traveling Superintendent to join a growing construction team and lead projects across the country.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, safety, and quality control
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field
• Construction software experience is a plus
