Job summary

NCW is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee a project from start to finish, coordinating subcontractors, scheduling, and on-site safety. The role requires strong knowledge of construction operations and the ability to delegate tasks effectively.

Candidates should have an Associate’s degree in construction management or equivalent, experience with Ground Up or Tenant Improvement projects, proficiency in Excel and ProCore, and willingness to travel regionally.
