Job summary

NCW is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee a project from start to finish, manage subcontractors, ensure site safety, and perform on-site inventory checks.

You should have a solid understanding of construction operations and processes, with the ability to delegate tasks and resolve issues on site. Willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in construction management or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Grocery, Light Industrial, Data Center, Distribution/Warehouse, Retail and/or Restaurant, Ground Up or Tenant Improvement projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel and ProCore.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality standards for all aspects of the project.
• Lead on-site safety and maintain a safe jobsite for all involved.
• Build and sustain strong working relationships with subcontractors.
• Collaborate with project managers and site operation leads.
• Organize facilities and utilities.
