Job summary

NCW is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee projects from start to finish, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety, and tracking inventory on site. The role combines hands-on leadership with process control across varied project types.

You will be responsible for delegating duties, resolving site issues, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards across assignments.

Qualifications

• Ground up or remodel multi-family, hospitality, data center, high rise, light industrial, retail, or commercial project experience.
• Wood-frame, steel-frame, tilt/precast, CMU, PEMB, etc. project experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure safety on site.
• Perform inventory checks and ensure materials are available throughout the project.
