Job description

We are seeking an experienced Travel Construction Superintendent to oversee grocery and large retail construction projects. This role is responsible for managing both ground-up and renovation work, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

The Superintendent will lead all field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and drive project execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on grocery and retail construction projects
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel
• Maintain and drive project schedules to ensure timely completion
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies
• Manage quality control and ensure all work meets plans and specifications
• Coordinate installation of refrigeration systems, HVAC, and mechanical scopes
• Lead job site meetings and communicate progress with project teams
• Identify and resolve field issues to maintain productivity and workflow
