Job summary

Rally Search, a growing national general contractor, seeks an experienced traveling superintendent to lead safety and day-to-day operations on construction sites. The role covers coordinating schedules, supervising subcontractors, and maintaining quality and safety standards across multiple project types.

The successful candidate will travel, manage site layouts and staging, supervise equipment and teams, and drive continuous improvement on projects with budgets and contracts in mind.

Qualifications

• Experience as superintendent on industrial, commercial, retail, new construction or TI projects.
• Traveling role with responsibility for on-site safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a safe and orderly worksite with employees and subcontractors.
• Develop, communicate and manage the schedule for a project or assigned portion of a project.
• Subcontractor coordination to ensure progress on deliverables.
• Site staging. Develop and maintain a complete site layout plan, coordinating with both internal and external parties.
• Quality control. Partner with internal teams to develop and maintain a project specific quality control program to ensure high quality standards are being met in a timely manner.
• Job Equipment. Identify needs, manage and maintain equipment with internal team(s) and suppliers.
• Develop and lead team to continuously grow and do their best work.]

Job description

Growing national general contractor is looking to hire an experienced traveling super. Projects 2-3 years. Looking for someone with any of the following experience: prior industrial, commercial, retail, new construction and/or TI experience.

$55.00-65.00/hour +QUARTERLY BONUSES + (TOTAL ANNUAL COMPENSATION WITH OVERTIME AND BONUSES AROUND $150,000) housing & per diem included + dental, vision, medical, 401K match, will give you work truck OR $600/monthly allowance.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Superintendent is responsible for managing overall safety while ensuring that the day-to-day operations on a construction job-site are managed using a mastered set of skills. These skills include developing schedules, sequencing work, maintaining high quality standards, managing equipment and supervising subcontractors’ work product according to relevant contracts and budgets.
