Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking a Lead Superintendent to run on-site operations for large ground-up projects such as tilt-wall warehouses, distribution centers, or charter schools. You will supervise all trades, manage the schedule, and coordinate closely with the project manager and owner/client to keep projects on time and within budget.

Travel nationwide is required for this role. Strong communication, safety leadership, and ability to resolve field issues quickly are essential in this

Qualifications

• Lead site operations on large ground-up projects such as tilt-wall warehouses, distribution centers, or charter schools.
• Experience with tilt-wall/precast is required.
• Willingness to travel full-time nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all site operations and daily activities on site.
• Manage subcontractors and trades to ensure quality and schedule.
• Coordinate with the PM and owner/client to maintain plan and budget.

Job description

As a Lead Superintendent, you will be responsible for all site operations on a large, ground-up project (tilt-wall warehouse / distribution center or charter school). This includes managing all subcontractors and trades, maintaining a prompt schedule, coordinating with the PM and owner/client, amongst other typical construction superintendent duties.

Experience:

• Project Sectors: warehouse, cold storage, data center, Amazon distribution centers, charter schools
• NEED: warehouse project experience (tilt-wall, precast)
• School project experience is helpful but not as necessary as the warehouse
• Travel: full-time travel; can be located anywhere in the country
