Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of retail experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must have telephone.
• Ability to pass background or drug screenings.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Travel to the assigned store location which can change daily.
• Supervise store personnel.
• Arrange store windows, displays, and promotional activities.
• Schedule store personnel to ensure adequate coverage and adjust as needed.
• Sell merchandise and provide customer service; resolve customer complaints per policy.
• Maintain store premises and merchandise in a clean, safe, and organized fashion.
• Follow all safety and security procedures; comply with company and store policies.
• Receive and verify merchandise from warehouse and vendors.
• Ring sales on the cash register; handle money and deposits per policy.
• Perform administrative and clerical duties of store operation.
• Receive donations and transport to designated area.
• Participate in training as required.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
