Job summary

Turner Construction Co. seeks a senior leader to oversee Self-Perform Operations (SPO) across the company. You will drive executive-level strategy, develop SOPs, and align SPO initiatives with business center goals, while ensuring collaboration with local offices and external resources.

You will guide financial forecasting, KPI review, and workforce planning to support profitability and sustainable growth across projects and centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years in building construction or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of Self-Perform Operations (SPO) scopes and trades.
• Experience with large and mega construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead SPO culture and operations across business centers and local offices.
• Develop and standardize SPO SOPs aligned with leadership directives.
• Communicate across organizational levels and with external partners.
• Foster people-oriented leadership and expand professional networks.
• Promote SPO safety integration with EH&S Building LIFE principles.
• Plan annual Profit Plan and drive growth and profitability.
