Job summary

Well-Established Construction Trade Company is seeking a Solar and Electrical Field Superintendent to lead medium-sized teams across solar power and electrical projects. Qualifications

• 5+ years in electrical or solar field supervision.
• OSHA Safety Certification.
• Experience with electrical systems and solar power installation.
• Strong team leadership and project coordination skills.
• Proven knowledge of safety compliance and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and scheduling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise medium teams of 6-15 field installers and electricians.
• Coordinate project activities for new installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Conduct weekly site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Oversee compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and guidance during field operations.
• Manage client communications and coordinate scheduling.
• Deliver training and development to enhance team performance.
