Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an Operations Electrical Superintendent primarily based on-site or in-office, with significant travel required. The successful candidate will supervise electrical projects, ensuring successful completion and enforcing safety standards across utility-scale solar projects.

Qualifications

• Prefer 15 years of extensive electrical construction experience with 10 years at a supervisory level.
• Prefer 5 years' experience in utility scale solar construction.
• Valid current driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical projects resulting in successful project completion.
• Fostering a culture of collaboration, safety, and quality.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Enforce safety procedures and conduct construction reviews.

Skills

Operations management experience

Extensive electrical construction experience

Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA70e, NEC, and IEEE standards

Experience with SCADA systems

Strong knowledge of electrical testing and commissioning
