Henderson Building Solutions seeks a Site Superintendent for mission-critical/data center projects. This on-site role leads field execution, coordinates subcontractors, and maintains safety and schedule adherence on busy job sites. Strong communication and safety focus are essential to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Experience in complex facilities, excellent reading of drawings, and ability to manage logistics across trades will help drive project success and site performance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and documents.
• Demonstrated safety leadership and adherence to site safety standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Supports development and execution of project schedules with project management and subcontractors.
• Coordinates daily field activities to maintain schedule, productivity and project goals.
• Maintains site logistics, organization, and cleanliness for efficient work environment.
• Participates in safety meetings, inspections, and audits; enforces safety standards.
• Prepares and updates project documentation, reports, and look-ahead schedules.
• Ensures compliance with project specs, drawings, and company standards.
