Job summary

rand* construction corporation seeks a Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations across multiple markets, with extended travel nationwide. You will manage site staff, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure compliance with plans and schedules.

The role requires strong communication, safety leadership, and the ability to travel as needed, including nights away from home, to support project goals and client service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or experience working in the trades is required; college experience preferred.
• Must have 15 years’ experience as lead superintendent on commercial interior, retail or building renovation projects
• OSHA 30; OSHA Competent Persons Training preferred
• Capable of managing projects up to $10M
• First Aid and CPR Certification

Responsibilities

• Oversee field staff on projects and ensure work is built to plans and specifications.
• Supervise subcontractors, vendors, laborers and project stakeholders; coordinate material, tools and staff to site as required.
• Maintain daily reports, time sheets, safety reports and other required forms for rand* office.
• Direct subcontractors, schedule work per project schedule and coordinate with project team and client.
