Qualifications

• Minimum OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• OSHA 510 and OSHA 500 certifications preferred.
• Previous field experience in demolition, environmental remediation, or industrial construction preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for safety guidance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel nationwide and work on active job sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time, on-site safety oversight for assigned demolition, environmental remediation, and industrial construction projects.
• Develop, modify, implement, and maintain JSAs/STAs, SDS inventories, and safety documentation.
• Review and update Health and Safety Plans to address site conditions and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct weekly site safety audits and inspections; document findings and follow up on actions.
• Facilitate safety training, toolbox talks, and maintain training records.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses; gather statements and support corrective actions.
• Identify health hazards (air quality, noise) and coordinate monitoring.
• Coordinate medical surveillance and site-specific medical clearances.
• Attend safety meetings with clients, general contractors, and project teams.
• Monitor jobsite activities to promote safety policy compliance.
• Assist with incident response and transport of injured employees.
• Maintain knowledge of OSHA standards and environmental regulations.
• Support Industrial Division with safety documentation and training updates.
• Perform additional safety-related duties as assigned.
