Ideal candidates have post-high school construction education, 2–5 years as a foreman, 1–3 years as a Superintendent, and strong ability to read prints and shop drawings.

Qualifications

• Post high school education in construction or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years as a foreman in the trade.
• 1–3 years as a Superintendent.
• Thorough knowledge of building projects and ability to read shop drawings.
