Candidates should have a strong background as a superintendent or in related supervisory roles, with demonstrated foreman-level and layout experience.

Qualifications

• Post high school education or equivalent in the construction field.
• Management and Sales Training.
• Completed all qualifications and responsibilities of Superintendent.
• 2-5 years as a foreman in the trade.
• 1-2 years' experience in layout.
• 2-5 years as an Assistant Superintendent in the trade.
• 1-3 years as a Superintendent.
• Thorough knowledge of every aspect of building projects.
• Ability to understand shop drawings.
• Ability to read, comprehend prints and specifications to provide proper direction to project personnel.
