Roncelli, Inc in Sterling Heights, MI is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Energy to lead utility-scale renewable energy construction from kickoff to closeout. You will oversee safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client relations across multiple sites with full travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive construction experience with large-scale energy, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• OSHA or safety credentials preferred; driving record check required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction from kickoff to commissioning and closeout.
• Manage client and Architect/Engineer communications and relationships.
• Oversee safety, quality, schedule, logistics, and coordination on projects.
• Develop and implement work plans, phasing strategies, and site logistics.
• Monitor cost performance, manage change orders, and support invoicing and reporting.
