Job summary

Roncelli, Inc. in Sterling Heights, MI, seeks a Senior Project Manager – Energy to lead renewable energy construction projects from kickoff to closeout.

You will oversee safety, schedule, quality, cost control, and client relations, coordinating with Architects/Engineers and subcontractors on utility-scale solar and related infrastructure. This fully travel-based role requires 8–12 years of progressive construction experience, a 4-year degree, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive construction experience on energy or infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading multi-site projects and managing field teams.
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction from kickoff through closeout.
• Coordinate client and architect/engineer communications.
• Oversee safety, quality, schedule, and cost control.
• Manage contracts, submittals, RFIs, and documentation.
• Develop project work plans and phasing strategies.
• Guide project teams and subcontractors to meet milestones.
