Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a seasoned leader for a fulltime traveling assignment across the United States, supporting data center and critical facilities projects. The role reports to the Global Critical Facilities (TECH) vertical and requires coordinating multi-disciplined teams at various project sites, including DC USA.

You will drive project success through staffing, client relations, budgeting, and schedule management while ensuring compliance with Turner’s safety and ethics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum of ten years related experience.
• Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles and techniques.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities, proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must have advanced presentation skills.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedule.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day management of the project with emphasis on building high-performance teams and timely performance feedback.
• Develop and nurture client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Manage project budget and financial reporting; monitor adherence to the budget.
• Oversee QA/QC programs and ensure safety protocols are enforced by staff.
• Understand and administer Turner's contracts and subcontract agreements.
• Promote community involvement and foster relationships with architects, subs, and vendors.
• Maintain the Master Project Schedule and ensure its implementation across operations.
• Guide preconstruction efforts as needed and coordinate with the finance team on pay applications.
• Drive diversity, inclusion, and a safe, compliant work environment.
